Stages are worked out from dates on the register, or the stated possession date where a project isn't matched to it. "Completion date passed" means the proposed date has gone by. The register doesn't record handover, so this doesn't prove delivery or delay. "New launch" means registered in the last 12 months.

Complaints filed against individual registrations

6 of the 14 registrations we hold a count for have at least one. No count held for 1 more, which is unknown and not zero.

On-time percentage

We hold the proposed completion date from the register, but no verified handover or completion-certificate date to measure it against.

Complaint figures are counts only. They don't show what a complaint was about or how it ended, and a developer with more registrations has more chances to receive one. A low or zero count is not a clean record: the register's separate count against the company can be higher than this figure, and our copy has no court-case field.

Karnataka RERA registrations under the developer's own company names and the group and joint-venture companies we have confirmed, so this is a minimum (other joint-venture or landowner companies are not counted). The register records the developer's proposed completion date, not the actual handover, so "reached its completion date" is not proof of delivery or of delay.
